Vintage Art Glass Flygsfors'Coquille' Free Form Bowl
	This Outstanding Retro 'Coquille' Clear Cased Emerald Green Free Form Bowl, with undulating Rim.  The 'Coquille' Range was designed by Paul Kedelv, who work at FYLGSFORS between 1949 and 1956 after working for Orrefors and, briefly, Nuutajarvi. This vintage FYLGSFORS piece with pulled rim, is loosely inspired by seashells,  as the name suggest.  When launched in 1952, it was immensely popular, selling into the 1960's in the USA, as well as, throughout Europe.  The early colors were opaque white glass with either purple, red, blue or green glass, which then cased in clear glass. This was is in very good vintage condition with minor shelf mark underneath.  NO CHIPS.  NO CRACKS.  Measures 10 1/2" high., An Outstanding Display Piece!
