Shipping/Handling/Insurance
Policy:
Buyer pays actual shipping & Insurance. If you are not pleased with your
purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your
item to arrange for its return. Items can only be returned if they are not as
described and less shipping & insurance fees. The item must be returned via
the original carrier, in its original packaging, insured for its purchased
price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you
with the shop's tags and identifying marks. Please do not return items damaged
in shipment, as doing so will void the shipping insurance.
Damage claims can only be made on items shipped with insurance. We require all
items purchased be insured. All ART is a final sale; there are no returns on
art. On international orders we are not responsible for lost or damaged items
at customs.
Restocking Fee:
If an item(s) is returned, buyer will be responsible for shipping costs both
ways and a 20% re-stocking fee will occur. All purchased item(s) are to be
returned in it's original or comparable packing. I will refund purchase(s) only
after item(s) is returned, and I am satisfied that it is in the same condition
as when it left Worth antiques collectibles emporium. I strongly recommend
making all inquires before making your purchase to avoid any discrepancies.
